Upgrading from a Previous Version

If you've previously installed SA-FileUp manually, you must un-register the previous version. First, stop the web server:

	C:\> Net Stop iisadmin/y 

Un-register the old DLL file:

	C:\> REGSVR32 /U C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\INETSRV\ASP\CMPNTS\SAFILEUP.DLL

Now, follow the instructions for Installing for the First Time, noting the following:

• If you are performing the automatic installation, delete all the old .DLL files associated with SA-FileUp from your system.
  
  
• If you are performing the manual installation, Step 1 (Copy .DLL Files) over-writes the old versions of .DLL files with the new versions.
  
  You can leave the previous version on your system under another name (e.g., SAFILEUP_OLD.DLL). If you choose to do this, please ensure that the correct version is registered. Simply renaming the file is not sufficient.
  
  
• You need to re-start the web server for the change to take effect:

   	C:\> Net Start w3svc 

  You will need to start other services (such as MSFTPSVC and SMTPSVC) manually.
