Programmer's Guide

This Guide uses examples to show you how to write Active Server Pages scripting code to take maximum advantage of SA-FileUp.

The examples in this Guide are divided into three main categories:

Learning the Basics: The examples in this section introduce you to SA-FileUp and some of the basic functions.
Transactional Processing: The examples in this section introduce you to the transactional processing features of SA-FileUp.
Common Client-Side Solutions: The examples in this section demonstrate using two client-side components, SA-XFile and SA-JFile, to handle situations when your uploads or downloads can not be done with a purely server-side solution.

Examples do not contain complete ASP code. If you want to see complete applications, including error handling, check out the samples provided as part of the SA-FileUp distribution. See Programmer's Samples for a list of the contents of the Samples directory.
